Prior to enrollment, there is an evaluation process to determine whether Enrollee and Academy are a suitable match for each other. This evaluation which takes place after the initial meeting may involve various teachers and evaluation methods. A non-refundable processing fee applies.

If Enrollee is offered enrollment and accepts, a non-refundable deposit applies and is required to guarantee placement in Academy. This deposit will be used toward the first month’s tuition, of which part will be specifically designated for books.

A tentative placement date is determined dependent on several factors which include, but are not limited to, current staffing, time of year, number of students, and where enrollee would fit into classes.

Once Enrollee is placed, the remainder the first month’s tuition is due and probationary enrollment begins. Probationary enrollment lasts for 4 and ½ weeks. During this time, both Enrollee and Academy evaluate suitability for full enrollment. If necessary, probationary enrollment can be increased if both Academy and Enrollee agree to such, at no time will probationary period be longer than 9 weeks.
