Medication Administration Policy

KORE Academy established a medication administration policy for the health and safety of our students.  The new policy applies to all prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Each medication taken by your student, prescription or over-the-counter, will require a separate form to be completed by both the prescriber and the parent/guardian. You may find those forms here:

Only those students who require medication on an emergency basis, such as for asthma or food allergies, will require a separate form completed by both the parent and physician verifying the necessity and the student’s ability to self-administer the medication appropriately.
