Early and After School Care
EARLY CARE:
Early Care will begin at 7:30 am and end at the start of your student’s school day.
Miss Webb and Miss Raglin will supervise students.
Students will be escorted to their classrooms as doors open during normal drop-off times.
The drop-off area for Early Care will be DOOR D – this is the door located beside the playground on the side of the church. Parents will need to park near DOOR D and escort their students to the door to be signed in for early care. Students MUST be escorted to the door and signed in by a parent or guardian – please do not send your student to the door.
Early care costs $8.00 per day for registered students and $12.00 per day for drop-ins.
AFTERCARE
After Care will begin at dismissal for each grade level.
Miss Turley, new to the KORE family, will supervise the aftercare program, this week she will be joined by Mrs. Gutteridge as well.
After Care pick up will also be located at Door D.
Parents must park and come pick their students up at Door D by signing them out.
The After Care program ends at 5:00, as do our contracted hours of occupancy with Tates Creek Christian Church. Please make arrangements to pick your student up no later than 5:00 each day. A late arrival fee of $15.00 per 10 minutes will be charged for students not picked up by 5:00. Late arrival fees must be paid by Friday of the same week or the student will not be permitted to attend extended care programs until the account is current.
The cost for aftercare is $15.00 per day for registered students and $20.00 per day for drop-ins.
**Please note that ANY STUDENT who has not been picked up by 3:45 will join the aftercare program and the family will be charged the daily drop-in rate of $20.00**
HOW TO REGISTER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
This year we will use a weekly google form to register for the FOLLOWING WEEK.
This form will be sent out each Wednesday and must be completed before 5:00 on Friday of the same week – families will receive a confirmation email of their registration, this confirmation will be used for billing of extended care.
Payment for registered families will be due by Friday of the week of care.
* If your child is absent during the week due to illness AND you contact Mrs. Owens in the office to let her know, you will not be charged for the date of absence.
Registration will not be accepted for the following week if payment is not current.
Payment for drop-in is due the same day of service.
Extended Care will be offered based only on the use of the programs. If there is not enough interest in the programs offered we will not be able to offer Early and/or After Care. The remainder of August and the month of September will be a trial period for the offering of these programs.
